Our Business

The Great Lakes Tea & Spice Kiosk began when Henry Ford Health Systems approached Chris and Heather Sack of The Great Lakes Tea and Spice Company, Glen Arbor, Michigan to operate a tea service kiosk in their new West Bloomfield Hospital.  They were looking for a company who would fit in with the rustic, Northern Michigan ambiance of their facility, as well as a company in line with their vision of providing natural, healthful services to their patient guests. 

Great Lakes Tea & Spice Company then approached good friends, personal chef and caterer Sally Mimura Sarin, and foodservice/coffee professional Charles Sarin, with whom they had been in collaboration for some time.  Together, they have created Great Lakes Tea & Spice Kiosk to provide guests with a tea experience that is both exceptional and healthful .  The Great Lakes Tea & Spice Kiosk  is a place of both serenity and vitality where visitors can find healthy selections in both food and drink.
